Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

This role involves managing and optimizing online campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit existing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create, manage, and optimize online campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  • Conduct audience and keyword research, configure conversion tracking, and enhance landing page performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on conversions to understand conversion factors and obstacles.
  • Review existing research, conduct new interviews, and analyze comments to gain insights into the target audience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align online campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data to drive results.
  • Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing online campaigns.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
  • E-commerce conversion optimization experience.
  • Ability to assess and explain default settings across various paid advertising platforms.
