Job Overview

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to deliver high-quality ads that drive performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in search engine marketing, display advertising, YouTube video ads, shopping ads, and performance max campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize Google Ads strategies to align with business objectives and sales funnels.
  • Conduct keyword research, target audiences, and write compelling ad copy to ensure effective ad strategies.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, ad disapprovals, or policy violations.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations and insights.
  • Identify trends, optimize return on investment (ROI), and support decision-making through data analysis.
Strategy & Execution:
  • Design Google Ads strategies that are aligned with client objectives and sales funnels.
  • Propose new campaign opportunities or formats to improve reach and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive execution and message alignment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, or Performance Max).
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results.
  • Google Ads Certification is a strong advantage.
