Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead impactful paid campaigns and drive real results.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven track record of driving high ROI paid campaigns. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Create and implement effective paid advertising strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Campaign Optimisation
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximise ROI and minimise cost per acquisition
  • Conversion Tracking and A/B Testing
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise conversion tracking to ensure accurate attribution and data-driven decisions
  • Perform A/B testing specifically on paid ads to enhance ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proven track record of driving high ROI paid campaigns
  • Expertise in performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong experience with A/B testing for paid ads
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies related to ads
  • Familiarity with data attribution models and performance measurement frameworks

Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms is required. Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams is also essential.
