Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced performance marketing manager to lead our paid advertising campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of driving high ROI campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong understanding of performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Manage and optimise large advertising budgets to maximise ROI and minimise cost per acquisition.
    • Set up, monitor, and optimise conversion tracking to ensure accurate attribution and data-driven decisions.
    • Perform A/B testing specifically on paid ads to enhance ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
    • Collaborate with the team to implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies that focus on enhancing paid ad performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics and attribution modelling.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving high ROI paid campaigns.
  • Expertise in performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing for paid ads (not website-level testing).
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies related to ads.
  • Familiarity with data attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
