We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management & Engineering Head to join our team in Marikina, Metro Manila.

Job Overview:The Project Management & Engineering Head acts as the arm of the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for monitoring the performance, delivery, and compliance of the Operations Group (Site Acquisition, Construction, and Maintenance) with company standards and all regulatory requirements. The role involves leading the group to mitigate and control operational risks. You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Managing a team of engineers and project managers, you will provide guidance and support for successful project completion. Key Responsibilities:Project Management (Operations and Compliance):Drive transformation within Operations by facilitating process analysis, gap assessments, and continuous improvement. Oversee performance and output of the Operations Group, advising on process improvements and strategies.

Align projects and programs with the company's overall direction and measure their success against set targets. Equip department leaders with project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficiency. Conduct health checks on project completion, including budget and resource management.

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, addressing risks proactively. Develop and update policies related to Business Development and Engineering operations. Implement mechanisms to monitor departmental compliance.

Operations Risk Assessment and Control:Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to manage operational risks. Guide on risk controls to prevent losses and unnecessary costs. Ensure risk mitigation plans are implemented and responsibilities are assigned.

Stakeholder Management:Promote transparency of operations and risks for informed decision-making. Manage stakeholder relationships and change impacts. Lead communication and transition plans for stakeholders.

Provide regular performance updates to the CEO.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field. Preferably with Project Management Certification or equivalent experience in managing operational projects. Minimum of 5 years experience in project management or leading transformational programs with cross-functional teams.
