Job Title: Business Development Associate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales and customer support activities, achieving sales goals and contact center metrics. They will contribute to team achievement of service metrics and all contact center objectives.

  • Sales and Customer Support Activities:
    • Achieve sales goals and contact center metrics through proactive communication and negotiation.
    • Contribute to team achievement of service metrics and all contact center objectives by fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Order Management and Customer Service Activities:
    • Ensure all transactions are performed accurately and meet departmental SLAs through diligent monitoring and adherence to procedures.
    • Enter orders into the system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirements, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Training:
    • Attend all required trainings and demonstrate appropriate knowledge of materials, embracing lifelong learning and professional development.
  • Miscellaneous Activities:
    • Assist the Contact Center Team with administrative duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Associate's/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of (1) one-year previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Experienced contact center professional with effective telephone, chat, email techniques, and customer care.

Technical Skills:

  • Personal computing or keyboarding/data entry.
  • Moderate knowledge of Excel required.
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal required.
