
Business Development Associate

We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system to improve operational activities, including lead generation and database management.
You will prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails, and respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc via phone calls, chats, and/or emails. You will also input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads, conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails, and measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers both in written and verbal form
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative
- Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload
