About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to enhance our team's learning experiences. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing performance gaps, designing engaging content, and implementing effective training programs to drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning objectives Conduct learner profiling and audience analysis to tailor content effectively Analyze job roles, tasks, and competencies to align training with business outcomes
  • Curriculum and Course Design: Design end-to-end learning journeys, including curriculum maps, learning paths, and modular structures Develop instructional strategies that support adult learning principles, including blended, self-paced, and instructor-led formats Create storyboards, scripts, and course outlines that guide content development
  • Content Development: Develop engaging and interactive learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise) to build digital content Ensure content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Design formative and summative assessments to measure learner progress and program effectiveness Create rubrics, quizzes, case studies, and certification mock exams Analyze assessment data to refine instructional strategies and improve learner outcomes
  • Learning Technology Integration: Work with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Thought Industries) to deploy and manage learning content Integrate tools for adaptive learning, gamification, and analytics to enhance learner engagement Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure content compatibility across devices
  • Project Management and Collaboration: Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications throughout the design lifecycle Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and developers to ensure instructional accuracy and relevance Maintain documentation and version control for all instructional assets

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, 2+ years of Instructional Design experience or Content Development experience, and proficiency in storyboarding and training facilitation. We value diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
