Learning and Development Specialist

This position plays a vital role in the organization's pursuit of operational excellence. The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience in content development are also essential.

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet business needs and align with organizational goals
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for training events
  • Manage training budgets and resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to ensure successful program outcomes

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in training or adult education
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
