Instructional Designer

This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of various stakeholders. As an instructional designer, you will be responsible for developing training solutions, managing design materials, collaborating with partners and teams, and designing learning programs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training content using adult learning theory and instructional design techniques
  • Develop assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness
  • Design job aids and training materials for instructor-led and online delivery
  • Establish clear learning objectives with audience, behavior, conditions, and standards
  • Apply research skills to design and create a variety of materials
  • Assess current training content across accounts and drive improvements in content display and distribution

What You Bring:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with creative use of instructional design technologies
  • Expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design for various formats
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with mobile devices, tablets, computers, digital cameras, televisions, home audio, and/or appliances
  • Understanding of next-generation technologies related as cloud, mobile, social, or big data
  • 2+ years' experience applying instructional design and adult learning methodologies
