Job Title: Training Resource Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development and maintenance of training resources, knowledge base content, and internal processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a clear, organized Knowledge Base including SOPs, macros, logic flows, help articles, and bot documentation
  • Develop Notion and internal intake systems for clarity and version control
  • Design and implement "knowledge checks", short quizzes to test understanding after key product launches or process updates
  • Establish a process for quality reviews of new content before publishing
  • Define V1 of automation and deflection workflows
  • Produce training materials and internal documentation related to the project

Requirements include:

  • Background in writing, documentation, training, or content creation
  • Experience with knowledge systems, CMS, or documentation tools (Notion preferred)
  • Understanding of job description drafting and onboarding processes
  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Notion, Canva
  • Quick learner, proactive, and collaborative
  • Organized and capable of managing task follow-ups

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective training programs and systems.
