Job Role Overview

AvePoint's robust data foundation empowers organizations worldwide. As a Partner Development Manager, you will identify, recruit, and nurture Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit partners that drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Certify and enable MSPs for success.
  • Operationalize unique partner models and strategies.
  • Maintain exceptional partner relationships, delivering sales and service excellence.
  • Educate within the partner ecosystem to drive mindshare.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential MSP partners, engaging in recruiting and onboarding activities.
  • Conduct regular partner enablement sessions, ensuring certification and training.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor go-to-market strategies for partner success.
  • Provide ongoing support to partners as their primary contact for business development or technical enablement needs.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics, including partner-sourced revenue and pipeline growth.
