About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Solutions Consultant to contribute to our business growth and success.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience working with clients to identify business problems and develop solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with clients and technical resources to understand their business needs and develop appropriate analytical solutions.
  • Develop, implement and manage business processes and system modifications to drive business efficiency.
  • Analyze and document complex business requirements and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Design and oversee testing to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of business processes and procedures.
  • Support project planning, estimation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Degree in Business, IT or relevant field.
  • Previous experience in insurance industry (Insurtech or health insurance preferred).
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
