Key International Enterprises is seeking a high-performing project lead to oversee cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership, team members, and clients to build project timelines, manage accountability, and drive execution.

The selected individual will be responsible for building and managing project timelines for various digital projects, tracking and updating tasks in project management tools, holding team members accountable for SOPs and timelines, and communicating daily across teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Building and managing project timelines for blog launches, product drops, and client services">
  • Tracking and updating tasks in Monday.com or Google Sheets">
  • Holding team members accountable to SOPs, timelines, and milestones">
  • Communicating daily across teams through email and project management tools">
  • Coordinating between writers, designers, eCom VAs, editors, and executives">
  • Tracking performance and reporting progress to senior leadership">
  • Problem-solving and escalating roadblocks before they become delays">
  • Helping document workflows and improve internal efficiency">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager or digital operations lead">
  • Familiarity with content marketing, eCommerce, or digital media">
  • Strong command of English communication (written + spoken)">
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp">
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead global remote teams">
  • Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and good under pressure">
  • Comfortable working across departments and reporting to top-level leadership">
  • Stable internet (20 Mbps+ required)">
  • Smartphone with email for team communication">
  • Google Drive + project management tool ready">
  • Familiarity with cloud documents, visual SOPs, and daily task check-ins">
