The Opportunity

As a key support to the Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving private-label and branded initiatives forward. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage the artwork development process, and maintain accurate project data to ensure timely delivery with minimal risk.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Project Manager in developing and tracking project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinating end-to-end artwork management, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery to meet production schedules.
  • Reporting on and coordinating the packaging transition and associated liabilities to ensure zero financial impact.
  • Acting as a liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams by coordinating cross-functional activities to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Ownership of the accuracy and maintenance of critical project data, including timelines, project documents, and the artwork process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

  • 3+ years in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities.
  • Project coordination or project support experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or food manufacturing environments.
  • College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
