Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Operations Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering high-quality digital assets on time and within budget.

This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied with the final product.

As Digital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching your team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
  • Review and refine the output of QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free and on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  • Actively contribute to our company culture by providing regular feedback, sharing best practices, and promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Project & Workflow Management tools, such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, and Clockify.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
