Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Biller to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent accuracy in data entry, and experience in managing medical claims and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input claim information into the system and maintain organized spreadsheets.
  • Track payments and denials, ensuring claims are processed efficiently.
  • Resubmit denied or incorrect claims and resolve any related issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly claim billing reports and summaries.
  • Contact insurance agencies to address inquiries and resolve claim denials.
  • Utilize tools such as ClickUp, Google Suite, and Trizetto Simple Claim to manage workflows effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in medical billing and claims management.
  • Proficient in using ClickUp, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and Trizetto Simple Claim.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills for handling insurance inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Ability to analyze claim denials and determine the best course of action.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
