Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

This role is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of real estate technology platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Becoming a product expert and staying up to date with platform updates and enhancements.
  • Managing project timelines, tracking key milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely launches.
  • Conducting client calls to set expectations, reviewing setup progress, and ensuring proper configuration.
  • Identifying and resolving implementation challenges, addressing delays and risks proactively.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation and communication with clients, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process.
