Building Operations Manager

This role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations in all managed properties to ensure building systems and equipment are functioning properly.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular assessments of Architecture, Landscaping, and Housekeeping as well as the reliability of Building Systems & Equipment.
- Monitor and address Critical, Major, and Minor findings from these evaluations.
- Prepare and submit reports on evaluation results according to established schedules.
In addition to these responsibilities, you may also be tasked with ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations, managing customer service expectations, and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You should have a solid understanding of building systems and equipment, as well as experience with preventive maintenance and quality control.
Familiarity with code-based requirements and regulatory compliance is also highly desirable.
