Achieving target building occupancy and revenue is crucial for our team. To accomplish this, we are looking for an Leasing Officer to assist the Account Manager in creating reports, presentations, and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop marketing materials for building tours, client pitches, and other events.
- Coordinate site inspections with Operations to ensure building readiness for client tours.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with clients and brokers.
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate with the AM for immediate discussion with Operations.
- Create SAP contracts with Lease Admin.
- Draft terms of reference under AM supervision.
- Prepare final negotiated terms of reference and contract of lease for execution.
- Disseminate management approval memos to concerned departments and ensure Operations relays information to tenants.
- Process contract renewals and amendments with Lease Admin.
- Send renewal notices for renewing tenants at least three months prior to lease renewal confirmation.
