Job Role
  • Shipment Tracking and Management: Track shipment levels across multiple locations to ensure timely arrival and departure.
  • Customs Documentation Coordination: Prepare and manage necessary customs documentation for international shipments.
  • Shipment Coordination: Oversee daily operations of shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Carrier Management: Manage relationships with carriers, including rate negotiations and compliance with service agreements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

Our ideal candidate has experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms. They are detail-oriented and have experience in data entry and validation tasks. Comfortable with modern software and technology.

  • Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms.
  • Familiarity with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices).
  • Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks.
  • Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems.
  • Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya.
  • Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program.
  • Licensed customs broker.
  • Excellent communication skills (C1) in English.
