Job Opportunity

Global Supply Chain Leader: We seek an experienced professional to oversee global order execution and supply chain reporting.

This role requires ownership of order lifecycle management, PO handling, inventory tracking, and contract manufacturing support, with daily collaboration with US-based stakeholders and customers during PST hours.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Order Processes: intake, validation, confirmation, delivery confirmation, and RMA handling.
  • Own PO Reporting: publish trackers, analyze deviations between estimates vs actuals, support invoice-to-PO matching.
  • Resolve Data Management Issues: resolve issues and escalate exceptions where required.
  • Coordinate Manufacturing Partners: coordinate with manufacturing partners for rack manufacturing and staging orders.
  • Prepare Weekly Reports: prepare weekly reports on inventory health, PO status, STO (Stock Transfer Orders), and open issues.
  • Drive Issue Resolution: drive issue resolution within defined SLOs.
  • Engage with US Counterparts: engage daily with US counterparts to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, or Order Management.
  • ERP Systems: strong experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
  • PO Management: hands-on knowledge of PO management, RMA processes, and inventory tracking.
  • Reporting Skills: strong reporting and analytics skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
