
IT Resource Planning Specialist

As a Resource and Administration Coordinator/PMO Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT projects. Your responsibilities will include resource planning and allocation, resource administration, financial administration, timesheet and compliance management, and stakeholder collaboration.
You will be responsible for scheduling and assigning IT staff and contractors to support various activities, ensuring optimal resource utilization and alignment with project timelines and business priorities. Additionally, you will manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for IT contractors, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, IT security standards, and legal requirements.
Financial administration is another critical aspect of this role, where you will process and manage IT-related purchase orders and invoices, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments. You will also oversee the completion and accuracy of timesheets for IT staff and contractors, ensuring that entries reflect assigned activities and comply with company policies.
Effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, including project managers, department heads, finance teams, transformation office, and external vendors, are essential skills required for this position. You will act as a key liaison between the Group IT team and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination to meet resource needs, resolve issues, and align on strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications">For this role, we require a bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). At least 2-3 years of experience in resource management, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in an IT or technical environment, is necessary.
Prior work with timesheet management, payroll, or financial administration is advantageous. Familiarity with IT concepts and terminology is beneficial, as it enhances communication with vendors and suppliers and supports effective coordination when sourcing technical assets or services.
