JOB OBJECTIVE

  • Responsible for the generation of the preliminary drawings for all construction of the company from small scale to large scale projects

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares and generates the following preliminary drawings for all construction and fit-out works of the company from small to large scale projects

  • Floor Plan Layouts of Warehouse Renovations, Corporate Office Renovations, and Pizza Parlors Construction/Renovation projects

  • Prepares concept drawings in 3D perspective of projects if necessary

  • Prepares other engineering-related drawings using CAD as needed

  • Assists the Asst. BAF Manager in planning, monitoring, and implementing the renovation/construction projects from planning and start-up completion and acceptance

  • Assists the Asst. BAF Manager for requisition of all needed equipment and contracted services related to the construction of sites

  • Assists the Asst. BAF Manager in checking, monitoring, and reporting the status of FFE's needed for the site and ensure availability prior to the opening of new sites

  • Reporting of project status, development, and percentage completion as required by both BAF Manager and Asst. BAF Manager

  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a degree holder of Architecture

  • Must have advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design; AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, and other software used to generate engineering and architectural drawings

  • Must have 2-3 years work experience in design and construction

  • Can start ASAP
