HR Coordinator & Recruitment Specialist

The Role

This pivotal role ensures seamless People & Culture operations across global teams. You'll coordinate recruitment cycles, manage onboarding logistics, maintain accurate HR records, and provide internal support.

Responsibilities
  • Post roles, source candidates, screen applications, schedule interviews, and prepare offers.
  • Coordinate welcome emails, access setup, and first-day orientation.
  • Maintain high-accuracy HRIS/ATS records and compliance.
  • Manage internal support tickets and IT coordination for onboarding/offboarding.
  • Track and file offer letters, benefits forms, and policy acknowledgments.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of HR coordination or recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and common HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST) for collaboration.
Qualities
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written communication and scheduling abilities.
  • Accuracy and confidence with data entry, reporting, and HR systems.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.
