Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, labor laws, and HR compliance

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Conduct training and development programs for employees on employee relations, labor laws, and HR compliance
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partners team to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in HR Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
