Job Title: Digital Marketing Operations Assistant

This is a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of digital marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for publishing and updating website and blog content in WordPress/CMS, executing on-page SEO basics, and maintaining content hygiene.

  • Publish and update website and blog content in WordPress/CMS
  • Execute on-page SEO basics (titles, meta, internal links) and maintain content hygiene
  • Coordinate content calendars and updates through project management tools
  • Connect and manage HubSpot and support basic customer relationship management workflows
  • Build and maintain automations and integrations via Zapier
  • Ensure data accuracy, field mapping, and list/segment maintenance
  • Run and maintain search engine optimization/performance reporting in SEMrush
  • Publish workflows when applicable and produce/update dashboards in business intelligence platforms
  • Monitor key metrics, flag anomalies, and share insights with the team
  • Update and maintain campaign details, assets, and tracking links
  • Coordinate tasks and timelines in project management tools and communicate updates via collaboration software
  • Support documentation and standard operating procedures in knowledge management platforms
  • Create video tutorials and process walk-throughs
Requirements:
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (admin/basic workflows) and WordPress/CMS publishing
  • SEMrush experience for search engine optimization reporting and publishing workflows when applicable
  • Ability to build/maintain automations in Zapier (connecting customer relationship management and marketing tools)
  • Business intelligence and data visualization skills for dashboarding and reporting
  • Excellent English communication; able to work standard business hours
