We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Contracts Coordinator to support our end-to-end lease documentation process by preparing, reviewing and managing lease-related documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements.

This role involves drafting and processing lease documents including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs) and Amendments using CRM systems and document management tools.

The successful candidate will ensure accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations and equipment details before finalizing documents. They will also maintain compliance with internal SLAs and documentation standards.

Responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have experience with document management, processing and creation, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Other key responsibilities include maintaining dual-language compliance when required, ensuring standardized templates are used and communicating effectively with internal teams.

Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing or a strong document administrative role
  • Experience with document management, processing and creation is preferred
  • Ability to manage high email traffic and intra office communications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
