Private Label Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Private Label Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our client's Amazon private label operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Private Label Management: Manage all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations.
  • Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Shipments & Logistics: Prepare and coordinate FBA shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues with inventory, warehousing, and Amazon receiving centers.
  • Shipment Reconciliation: Track and reconcile all shipments to ensure accurate records, recover lost inventory, and file reimbursement cases when needed.
  • Case Management: Handle all types of Seller Central support cases, ensuring timely resolutions and proper documentation for future reference.
  • Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO best practices, keyword integration, and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Content Writing: Write compelling and keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to increase visibility and conversion.
  • Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content) Management: Publish enhanced brand content to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to drive traffic and stay competitive in product rankings.
  • Performance Analysis: Use Google Sheets to track KPIs, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights on sales, advertising, and inventory.

The successful Private Label Operations Manager will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with private label on Amazon, experience in Walmart management, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must also be exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, an analytical thinker with a proactive mindset, and have strong communication and time management skills.

This role offers weekly pay, the opportunity to work from home, and a negotiable rate depending on experience.
