Job Overview

This role revolves around leveraging data-driven insights to enhance web and product experiences.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, and measure their impact on revenue growth and customer success.

The selected professional will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the CRO roadmap and testing strategy for website, product onboarding, and acquisition funnels.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates and reduce friction in the customer journey.
  • Partner with developers to implement tests and validate results in production environments.
  • Utilize analytics platforms and statistical models to identify drop-offs and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to monitor experiment performance and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience in CRO, growth, or related roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in A/B testing tools and proficiency with web analytics platforms.
  • Experience running experiments at scale and ability to collaborate with developers and CS teams.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.

  • SaaS / growth-stage company experience.
  • Understanding of retention marketing and email optimization.
