Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing process improvements to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Identify and implement best practices in Lean Six Sigma methodology and other relevant techniques to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data and develop recommendations to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize waste and defects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a chemical process industry, with expertise in areas such as electroless or electrolytic plating.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong knowledge of problem-solving techniques, including 8D and the 7 QC tools, and ability to apply these skills effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in FMEA and risk analysis, and basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) manufacturing processes.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related field.
