Digital Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Digital Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure seamless communication across teams, and maintain productivity in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with team members across departments to support operational workflows
  • Monitor progress on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Facilitate virtual meetings and maintain regular communication
  • Assist in problem-solving and escalate issues when needed
  • Support process documentation and remote team alignment
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on team or project status
  • Maintain an organized digital workspace and records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in remote or virtual management capacity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Technical Requirements:
  • Computer: Intel Core i5-5000 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
  • RAM: 8.00 GB
  • Operating System: At least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
  • Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature
