Key responsibilities for this position include supporting mortgage brokers to achieve settlement targets, managing data entry into various systems, and preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans.
- Lodge new loan applications with lenders and follow through to approval and settlement.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding progress updates.
- Organize valuations with lenders.
- Book and coordinate settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders.
- Ensure all settled files are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Update application trackers within the CRM system.
- Monitor commission payments.
- Manage diary and email communications.
- Support brokers to achieve settlement targets.
- Enter data into various loan processing systems.
- Prepare compliance documentation for proposed loans.
- A stable internet connection is required (at least 50MBPS).
- A personal computer for work purposes is mandatory.
- At least two years of experience in Australian loan processing is desirable.
- Proficiency in Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and loan processing software is essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing documents is critical.
- Strong customer service skills are required.
- Effective time management skills are necessary.
