As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Coordinate and manage moderately complex proposals and contracts under minimal supervision.">
  • Research and analyze business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods, including policies, procedures, and regulations, to provide leadership and support during proposal, fact-finding, negotiation, and day-to-day contracting activities.">
  • Demonstrate leadership in contracting strategy and methods, as well as build and maintain dependable, quality relationships with internal and external customers in support of business objectives.">
  • Ensure site accessibility in your territory is available on a timely basis for our build and operate activities.">
  • Resolve and close lessor concerns raised within your assigned territory in a timely and satisfactory manner, working through various stakeholders and following established guidelines and standards.">
  • Ensure all lessor contracts in your assigned territory are active, safekept, available, and renewed based on the territory's designated priority backlog, subject to resources availability and time, and compliant to our guidelines and standards.">
  • Attend regular cadences, collaboration, and problem-solving sessions tackling your territory's network performance, quality, and business performance management.">
  • Regularly update your assigned territory dashboard and ensure prompt closure of related issues to mitigate aging of backlog priorities.">
