Lead Accounts Payable Specialist

Join us in this exciting opportunity to become a Senior Accounting Professional. In this role, you will lead and manage our accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. You will also reconcile AP transactions, vendor statements, and credit card accounts, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records and documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments in line with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions, vendor statements, and credit card accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, skilled in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of GAAP and financial close processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
This is a mid-senior level position, working full-time on a schedule of 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT, Monday to Friday.
