Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Vendor Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate terms, manage vendor contracts, and ensure adherence to agreements.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align vendor activities with organizational objectives.
  • Audit and Reporting: Ensure regular audits and performance reviews are conducted, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance vendor governance frameworks, policies, and processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for vendor-related disputes and drive swift resolution.
