Synopsis

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee vendor data integrity and governance across regions. This role ensures compliance with global standards, leads a team managing vendor records and onboarding, and drives improvements in data quality and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor master data in SAP, ensuring adherence to business and legal requirements.
  • Oversee vendor processing and onboarding, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Serve as primary contact for global vendor data queries, driving resolution and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Procurement, and Legal to streamline processes and strengthen governance.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years' experience in vendor master data, finance operations, or shared services.
  • Skilled in managing master data teams within global or matrixed organisations.
  • Proficient in SAP, OneTrust, Ironclad, and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Knowledge of audit processes, compliance frameworks, and data quality monitoring.
