**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to join our team. As the head of national sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations;
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication and updates;
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share;
  • Mentor and train sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge;

**Requirements:**

  • A degree from a reputable university;
  • Minimum eight years' experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of successful managing customers and distributors;
  • Strong knowledge of industrial market segments, including mining, cement, chemical, and energy;
  • Familiarity with polymer-based products for industrial use is an added value;
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and ability to ensure compliance;
