Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Exchange Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the integrity of our data exchange systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor EDI communications to ensure uninterrupted data exchange with partners
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations
  • Recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency
  • Manage account setup, including generating web users and EDI, BOL, and carrier account numbers
RequirementsEducation:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in the transportation industry or logistics field required
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • EDI experience required
Skills:
  • Managing SPS Commerce
  • Analyzing written materials and quantitative data to interpret findings and develop actionable recommendations
  • Logistics or supply chain management experience preferred
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Proficiency using logistics software systems to track shipments, inventory, and orders
  • MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills required
