Main Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize appointment setting processes for maximum efficiency
  • Document and refine outreach systems to optimize results
  • Schedule high-quality calls with founders and decision-makers in service-based B2B companies
  • Prepare for a future step-up into onboarding and managing new sales hires

You will begin with a performance-based trial to demonstrate your capabilities and fit. Upon consistently delivering results in generating qualified live calls and contributing to closed deals, we aim to offer a longer-term contract with increased earning potential.

Requirements:
  • A minimum 3 years' experience delivering tangible outcomes in recruitment, staffing, B2B sales or outsourcing
  • A track record of generating leads and booking appointments with senior decision-makers
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outbound automation tools
  • Strong cold calling skills – confident handling gatekeepers and objections
  • Excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication
