Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery:

  • Ensure training programs cover various channels, including voice-based interactions.
  • Training Development and Evaluation:
  • Identify knowledge gaps and design targeted training initiatives that address specific skill sets.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and departments to create effective learning solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Apply instructional design theories and methods to craft high-impact training materials that drive results.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using a range of assessment methods and refine programs accordingly.
  • Track training rollouts, conduct quality audits, and implement improvements to ensure continuous growth.
  • Training Administration:
  • Manage training tickets, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries and concerns.
  • Handle complex process-related inquiries and collaborate with departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide training reports and documentation as needed, responding promptly to on-demand requests.
  • Conduct trainer observation sessions and offer high-level feedback to support professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training development and leadership, preferably in customer service environments.
  • Extensive experience in training across various channels, including voice-based interactions.
  • Deep understanding of instructional design, training management, and program evaluation principles.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of training professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
