This role involves delivering exceptional training programs to drive operational excellence. As a key member of the team, you will lead new hire orientation, process and product training, and provide ongoing support to employees as they transition to independent work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding, skill enhancement, and training for Specialists and Team Leaders.
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve training sessions to enhance team productivity and elevate client experience.
  • Develop engaging training materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with assessed needs.
  • Provide personalized coaching, technical support, and real-time feedback to employees at all levels.
  • Serve as a backup for team operations and participate in QA processes as needed.
  • Monitor training effectiveness, analyze insights, and recommend program enhancements to align with organizational goals.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of training experience in sales, technical support, or customer support.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to create effective training sessions and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office is highly desirable.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated individual with strong time-management skills.
