Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves monitoring phone interactions to ensure compliance with industry policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing feedback to representatives and advisors through written evaluations and review with managers, documenting and escalating call monitoring issues to management, evaluating calls using quality monitoring data to track performance, extracting metrics for month-end reporting and analysis, partnering with resources to identify performance gaps and develop learning solutions, reviewing and updating call evaluation methodologies, and participating in projects by assisting with training organization and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver constructive feedback to enhance representative performance
  • Evaluate and report on call monitoring results
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to address performance gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in retirement/wealth management/financial services
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • FINRA Series 7 required within established timelines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of retirement plan products
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
