  • Inform supervisors about any process issues.
  • Engage in inbound and outbound calls (Spanish language)
Qualifications:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Be fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
  • Be able to adapt to flexible working shifts.
