Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled financial analyst to oversee data, processes, and controls ensuring the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

This role supports the monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.

  • Leading the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Overseeing and managing the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives) in the compensation system.
  • Maintaining sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Addressing complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experience and serving as an escalation point for the team.
  • Maintaining sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence.
  • Collaborating with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions.
  • Documenting and maintaining processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
  • Designing and developing complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.
  • Providing ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders.
  • Partnering with Finance teams on accruals, reporting, and operating cadence.
  • Calculating and maintaining performance dashboards.
  • Acting as subject matter expert on sales compensation, providing expertise and strategic guidance to stakeholders.
