The Senior Revenue Cycle Manager oversees the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring effective management of billing, collections, and revenue integrity. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive operational improvements to maximize revenue and reduce denials.
Responsibilities:- Lead the revenue cycle team to achieve performance and financial goals by analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the revenue cycle.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue capture and processes, utilizing knowledge of billing and collections processes to resolve complex billing issues and denials.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of billing and collections processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, along with effective leadership and communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
