We are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist who can source and recruit high-quality candidates in the US.

Job Responsibilities
  • Find and attract top talent through various job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Evaluate resumes and cover letters to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to develop recruitment strategies that meet their needs.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing in the US is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of the US job market, hiring practices, and compliance basics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
