Job Title: Strategic Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to work closely with business and production counterparts in gathering, analyzing, and preparing financial forecasts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models that support quarterly and annual forecasting processes, including simulation of various scenarios.
  • Support the quarterly reforecasting and annual business planning process by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Cost Center managers to forecast and monitor their respective indirect cost budgets.
  • Analyze actual monthly indirect costs and investigate variances versus forecasted values.
  • Prepare simulated costing scenarios and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Production to validate headcount forecasts and analyze gaps between actual and planned values.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage Capital Expenses (CAPEX) effectively.
  • Ensure timely and accurate headcount reporting in our Resource Planning tool.
  • Lead the timesheet management process, ensuring timely filing and approval of time charges in our company tool.
  • Analyze and prepare cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Champion the use of financial planning tools and processes within the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced competencies in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Expertise in MS Office and MS Excel, including PowerPoint. Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented, hardworking, and accountable.
  • Experience in the game development industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and/or Peoplesoft is a bonus.
