- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python).
- Ability to translate complex psychometric data into clear, practical insights.
- Strong English proficiency.
