Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business results and improve organizational performance.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  4. Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, operations management, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in process improvement and cost savings initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial management principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
